Zicam Allergy Relief is an over-the-counter homeopathic nasal gel that provides safe and effective relief from the symptoms of hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies (such as runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure).

Recommended Use:

Zicam is applied via an easy-to-use nasal pump. Place the tip of the nasal pump just past the nasal opening (approximately 1/8”). Pump once into each nostril. After application press lightly on the outside of each nostril for about five seconds; there is no need to "sniff" the gel up into the nose. Reapply every two to four hours until symptoms subside.

Notes:

Zicam Allergy Relief begins working from the first time you use it. While it is not understood why consistent use over 1-2 weeks is necessary to see results, clinical research on this product indicates that it may take one to two weeks to see a decrease in symptoms. For best results use Zicam Allergy Relief up to 1 week before contact to known causes of your allergies.
